Our Development Process
Idea and Business understanding
This is the first and the most important step of product development cycle. Here we listen to your idea, understand the intricacies of it, and explore it further. We seek answers to the 5W’s i.e. Why, What, Who, Where, When of the idea. We discuss, research and brainstorm to define a high level planner.
Design & Prototyping
Design is the phase where we do the root-level construction, comprehensive analysis, concept strategy, technical consultation, building wireframe or clickable prototype and complete the specifications with submission of the resource and detail scope with time planner. Design is followed by prototyping wherein based on the feasibility study, the right development platforms and structures for the product are defined.
Development and Implementation
Designs, user stories, mockups developed in the previous phase are then used by our competent development team to build the product using the scrum framework. We use advanced project management tools like Jira/Trello, GitLab/Bitbucket, Basecamp/Confluence that also form the essential part of our development process.
Quality Assurance and UAT
It is now time for the product to lighten up and brought to life. Each module of the project is exhaustively tested under various environments and test conditions to ensure that the result is in accordance with the expectations set. We also do real time user testing and accommodate runtime feedback in the final adjustments.
Delivery plan and Launch
After testing has been completed and quality assured, based on the release plan, the product is deployed on the app stores and web browsers.
