7. Data Retention Schedules
Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy the purposes outlined herein:
- Inquiries & RFP Briefs: Retained for 24 months from the last communication, or immediately deleted upon your verified request.
- Contractual & Engagement Records: Retained for 7 years to satisfy statutory tax, auditing, and corporate compliance mandates.
- Telemetry & Log Data: Retained for 90 days, after which logs are automatically purged or permanently anonymized.
