• In-Country Engineering Representative (India CPoC): On-ground operational liaison, GCC setup, and compliance advisory for foreign technology vendors.
• Regulatory & Certification Advisory: Alignment with MeitY, STQC, UIDAI, AUA/KUA, TSP, NBFC, NPCI, BIS, CE, FCC, ISO, and CMMI frameworks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Website Materials: All visual interfaces, software code, branding marks, trade names, graphics, and architectural whitepapers on this portal are the proprietary property of LogicDelta Consultancy.

Client Deliverables: All customized code, system architectures, and technical artifacts created for clients pursuant to a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) are assigned to the client upon full settlement of contracted fees.

4. Digital RFP Submissions & File Attachments

When utilizing our digital proposal forms or uploading requirement files (such as architecture briefs, RFPs, or schematics):

• You represent that you hold the legal authority to submit the disclosed specifications.
• You agree not to upload malicious binaries, corrupted archives, or files infringing third-party intellectual property.
• All non-public commercial and technical disclosures received through our digital portal are treated with strict confidentiality under our standard bilateral NDA terms.

5. Warranties & Disclaimer

Formal warranties and performance service level agreements (SLAs) are governed exclusively by executed client Statements of Work.
